Silver - Portable Radio. Model - DX90 Superheterodyne, Range 530 - 1650 KHz (MW only) Using 1.5 volt Type UM-1 battery and 67.5 volt Type BL-M145. In fully working condition and a fantastically small radio - 170 mm wide x 110 mm high x 45 mm front to back. At first sight it looks like a 1970's transistor portable, but one look inside and it most certainly isn't! FOR SALE Fully working and in extraordinary condition. The LT battery is a single C cell that goes in to the radio's original battery holder, the HT battery is 6 x 9 volt batteries in series, some knowledge of soldering is required to change the HT battery when required. The radio is supplied with the HT battery installed. This radio is tiny for a valve set, it really is smaller than some transistor radios. Just look at the C cell LT battery on the right side of the radio in the photo to the left, it shows the radio to be just slightly taller than 2 x C cells in length. For this VERY rare radio - £69.99 (Plus postage.) Contact us at webs @ britishnotes.co.uk remove the spaces before and after "@" |
